Reviews and Ratings
The Premier Plus room I stayed in was spotless, large, and comfy, although I had to change rooms on the second day due to my limited mobility. The facilities and layout of the room were great overall. The hotel's ideal location makes it perfect for theater visits and shopping, situated between Sauchiehall and Buchanan Street and just a short walk to Central Station. The dining experience was quite good, with delicious meals, although I had a minor issue with the toaster. Overall, a pleasant stay marred slightly by the room change and toaster problem.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were great, very spacious with a lovely view across the city and equipped with everything you could need including a fresh coffee machine, chocolate bars, and water in the fridge. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city near key attractions like The Glasgow School of Art and Buchanan Street, with easy access to transportation and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The dining experience was delightful, and the facilities were top-notch. However, the central location comes at a cost.
After an early morning flight, the hotel impressed with cracking rooms and an amazing view. Though my friend's room had windows that couldn't open, I relied on mine for some fresh air, which was nice. The location proved to be extremely convenient for everything, from transport and shopping to dining, making it a top choice for my Christmas shopping plans. The dining experience varied, with very fresh options but also some not-so-nice aspects. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives, but I found it to be quite valuable for my stay.
I couldn't have asked for a better spot in the middle of the city, with both the rail and bus stations just a stone's throw away. The room was not only spotless but also spacious and incredibly cozy. However, the dining experience left a bit to be desired. The price was quite reasonable, making it a great value for what you get.
The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Glasgow with easy access to transportation and attractions. The rooms offer a great value for the price, though this year's colder weather made them slightly chilly due to the heater blowing cold air. The service was very helpful, but the dining options were limited at times.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location, right in the heart of the city and close to both the rail and bus stations, was a huge plus. The Premier Plus room on the 16th floor was beautifully decorated and cozy, with clear instructions on using the air conditioning. However, the dining experience, despite being the only highlight of the weekend, needed more attention to detail.
I decided to stay at this hotel mainly due to its perfect location, right in the heart of the city. Everything was just a stone's throw away, from the bus stations and shops to the buzzing restaurants and bars. The central location couldn't be beaten, although it could get a bit loud at times. The rooms were clean and functional, but a bit stuffy at night. The service was friendly, and the dining experience was excellent with a good buffet selection. Overall, a convenient choice if you want to be right in the mix of everything the city has to offer.
The hotel rooms had a much higher quality decor with fridge and Nespresso coffee machine, but prices were higher during events. The rooms were quiet and more than adequate overall.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were spacious, very quiet, and exquisitely decorated, making the whole experience exceptionally comfortable. The service was impeccable, although the dining experience fell short due to a slight staff shortage. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to Glasgow's main attractions. The facilities were top-notch, except for the heating system hiccup. I would definitely consider staying here again.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, which was great for mobility needs, but the constant noise from drilling next door was a significant downside. The location was excellent for exploring the city center but the lack of fresh air due to sealed windows was a minus point. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.
